About the event

Sutherland Shire Council sponsors this cultural ceremony in partnership with local First Nations organisations. Sutherland Shire Reconciliation are hosting an interactive experience plaiting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flag-coloured wool with families.


Presented by local Aboriginal Elders at Burnum Burnum Sanctuary, you have the opportunity to listen and learn about First Nations culture and storytelling by taking part in an afternoon of reflection.
