About the event
This all-day event on Saturday 25 October in Kurnell will make known our true history since colonisation. We will recognise together that the impact of this history continues to this day.
Most Australians are aware there is a deep stain on our colonising past. People of goodwill – a vast number – want to see justice and healing, but many cannot see how wrong things can be made right in a way that will be effective.
Education is the key. Knowledge empowers us.
At Kamay Botany Bay National Park, A National Act of Recognition will take a close look at the factual written records that make our early shared history following European arrival so easy to understand.
